At Grand Oriental Rug Gallery, we understand your rugs are precious possessions and represent sizable investments.
We use a complete submersion process as it is the most effective method for Oriental rug cleaning. Whether it's a custom carpet for an office or brand, a custom rug made exactly to specifications, or an antique custom-made carpet, we specialize in the cleaning of custom rugs. Among the things that remain are a host of impurities that have accumulated over time. Dirt and grime settle deep in the pile of your carpet, along with hair, pet dander, bacteria, dust mites, and other contaminants, making your carpet an ideal breeding ground for potential allergies and respiratory issues. While food/drink and pet stains are more noticeable, most of the impurities will be embedded deeper in your carpet, making them more difficult to remove. In short, what you may think is a clean carpet could actually be a carpet that is harboring a host of germs and allergens, and you don't even know it. Contact us for all your all of your custom rug cleaning and restoration needs.

The custom-built vibrating massager gently loosens the deeply embedded dirt out of both the front and back of your carpet. The carpet is then totally soaked and submerged in cool water, mixed with a mild organic shampoo. Together, this process breaks down and flushes out all impurities and any residual dirt and dust that are trapped within the fibers and foundation. After, it's time for the total submersion rinse: purified water is used in rinsing process. The carpet has to be prepared for drying process-after excess amount of water is squeezed out. The carpet is now left to dry on a blocking table that is more suitable for rugs prone to losing their shape when wet. The final steps are carefully measured, the Process includes brushing the rug and its fringes, which is an important and often overlooked component of the carpet, as it is the extension of the warp threads, that makes the foundation of the carpet.
